A ban on masking one's face in defined public places would put an end to the shit right quick; make it non-discriminatory. It should be about obscuring one's facial features, not about religion.

As for the big baggy cloak effect, there's not much you can do there...because where would the line be drawn? If you say it's because a bomb could be hidden, do you ban winter coats and jackets too, because they are big and baggy as well? Slippery slope there.

Doesn't bother me too much. Harold and Rake wear those halloween mask's in public. All the lowlife's in CA wear charger's or raiders gear head to toe, or dickies with size 54 waist. Everyone should walk around nude.
