Feeling pretty tired this morning when I came into work.

Im trying to cut carbs a little more, so maybe that's why im feeling more lethargic then usual.
One thing I do feel about Ostarine is that I sleep freaking awesome while on it. You could start a chainsaw in my bedroom and i'll probably sleep through it.
 
Well I had a rough day at work and I was dying to get into the gym.

After checking out dylan's 5% bf calf pictures....I was like "LETS FUKING DO LEGS BRO~!"

current weight 193lbs **i didn't have two meals today cause i was out meeting after meeting (its hard out here for a pimp :) )

warmup: 15 min light cardio

squats 135x12 2 warmup sets
185x12
225x12
275x12
315x10
365x6

Hack squat
3 plates each side 12 reps 4 sets

Leg press
6 plates on each side 4 drop sets: 2 off 1 off 1 off 1 off all to failure

1 leg extensions
50x12 4 sets each leg

good mornings:
155x12 4 sets

stationary lunges:
no weight 15 each leg

seat calf raises
90lbs 15 reps 10 sets 10 sec rest in between sets

after i finished i got in my wheelchair and rolled off to my home to eat!
 
Also its been four days @25mgs of osta and im feeling that sense of well being. I am not super sore and im looking leaner it comes to show you how even small tweeks in ones diet can be crucial. For all those who are looking to get cut...its always about the diet and your discipline to stay focused on your goal. You could take tren, anavar, clen, gw, and have a dirty ass diet and it wont do you shit.

As you can tell im hungry.....need to eat be bak to update later
