Hack squat
3 plates each side 12 reps 4 sets
Leg press
6 plates on each side 4 drop sets: 2 off 1 off 1 off 1 off all to failure
1 leg extensions
50x12 4 sets each leg
good mornings:
155x12 4 sets
stationary lunges:
no weight 15 each leg
seat calf raises
90lbs 15 reps 10 sets 10 sec rest in between sets
after i finished i got in my wheelchair and rolled off to my home to eat!
