S4 and GW log for Sarms1

Hard fucking circuit tonight! I died. I'm sure my chems kept me alive longer but I couldn't tell. Lol

I did recover quickly though.

I've noticed some pretty awesome vascularity. Today was like road map city. I also dropped a belt notch and weigh the same so draw whatever conclusion from that you wish.

I'm on a super low carb diet and will be loading up on everything for thanksgiving and the day after. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Tren loves carbs. T3 likes protein. I've never thought to ask if these Sarms work best with certain food types. Chime in if you can add something to that.

sarms love everything... =) since your cutting but still able to add lean muscle with gw, stick with a higher protein, moderate carb and low fat intake bro... you will see the most results with this... 60-65% protein... 20-25% carbs and 10-15% fat... This will provide the most optimal results for you...

Right now, I'm all protein and fat. Tiny amounts of carbs until Thanksgiving binge.
 
Last night I hit the gym with a noticeable strength, and no doubt continued you endurance, bump on this fast paced workout.

Jumped on the scale at 190. I mentioned in the OP that I had cut down from 205. This means that I weigh the same as when I started but appear noticeably leaner. 2 belt notches in as well. Dropping fat and HAVE to be adding muscle.
