The argument here is a nonsequitor. The two names on the pill bottles were the partners in the practice that his doctor is in. The prescription is his and was legally prescribed by his doctor. The practice of labelling drugs with the physicians name is common in high profile cases to prevent tabloid journalism.

Isn't it funny that the only drug that is mentioned in initial articles is Viagra? Tabloid Journalism at its best, catering to the more prurient of us.
