Alright, I am trying to get more cut, ESPECIALLY in my stomach. Now i run in the morning, but i have a few questions. First off, is it better to run before breakfast? Also i was wondering is it good or bad to drink coffee before running, I didnt know if it helps to burn more fat, etc. Lastly, Does anyone know of a good routine to follow daily to cut up the abs?
