who does these? i just started doing them with the Tri press down rope, where you set it up high then pull it to your neck, to work the upper back. Any one like them and think they work well?
Face pulls, they target the upper traps/neck and rear delts
If it's lower traps you are seeking try seated pulley row with Y-cables attachment and pull the handels next to your nipples (and squeeze hard for a peak contraction)
I have been including face pulls into my warm up routine a lot and in my regular routine from time to time. I think that you have to find the right spot to pull to as it varies from person to person.
