djeclipse, i made a mistake.. =X sorry.
i guess i have a few options now,
1) EAT!
2) add 5lbs instead of 10
3) stay on the weight and add every alternate days
4) stay on the weight, work on the form for a while
5) hit the 5 x 5
i think i'll go from 1 towards 5 and see wat happens.
i'm getting stuck on squats so fast!! nowonder at the novice training thread i read that it says the DeadLifts would top my other workout.
