I’m titties wife here to log for @Sydney City supplements.

Will be and still currently on his Reta @ 2mg a week. Will look at adding Mt2 later in log.

Goals are to drop another 2/3kg and firm back up after 3 kids. I have dropped approx 5-6kg the whole time I’ve been on SCS Reta.

Currently weight 64kg
Height 165cm

Diet is untracked but would average 2000cal

Walk 1km everyday durning the week

Take a Multi vitamin and that’s it currently.
My log isn’t that exciting or full blasts.

Sorry hectic week!
Here’s pics of myself after 3 kids, heaviest I’ve been was 78kg now sitting at 65kg.

Cardio every week day 1k or more.

Can’t wait to get start the mt2 in abit once I buy some and get some colour back 😅

Weeks update
This week I’ve upped my cardio to 3km every afternoon. And here are a couple of my meals through the week. The reta has me looking at food like I can eat it all but struggle to finish some meals which helps keep my calories down.

Weeks update
This week I’ve upped my cardio to 3km every afternoon. And here are a couple of my meals through the week. The reta has me looking at food like I can eat it all but struggle to finish some meals which helps keep my calories down.

Sorry everyone I’ve had chain reaction with kids being sick 🫩.

Still keeping the 3k walks up 5 days a week. The Reta is doing its amazing job thanks to @Sydney City supplements. I busted on the scales this morning to a nice 58kg 🥰

I feel I am really struggling getting rid of what I can belly pudge after 3 kids, the amount of cream and oils I put on didn’t stop the stretch marks 🙄 if anyone has tips or advice I’m all ears!

My Reta dose is still just 2mg a week and a multi vitamin a day. Keeping meals small now as I don’t feel hungry for what I make 🤣

you should really work on cardio and food sista thats the key
 
Update dropping Reta to 1.5mg as weights falling off but I don’t wanna look like I’m sick lol

@Sydney City supplements is sending some Mt2 with my husbands last order ❤️❤️ just in time to get in the pool.

I have really notice the tolerance for certain fats/ oils ( ie went had pork belly and couldn’t stomach it, any fast food M’s or kfc no good)

fats dont do well with GLP1s hard to digest

Sorry guys I feel super slack with my updates,

I’ll be sure to get some pics of my food. Training being just cardio will be a boring pic of the footpath lol.

My breakfasts are now mainly now mostly scrambled/pouched eggs on spinach or porridge if time is an issue. Sydney city supps has sent some Mt2 and the weather is starting to warm nicely 👌

Side note have read I few things on micro needling/ derma rolller on stretch marks. So am giving it a go.

Today’s 3k walk consisted of carrying a balance bike (about 5kg) for half of it due to a tantrum thrown middle child 🤣
you are slowing back into it

Update - Mt2 dropper from @Sydney City supplements came so have started that once a day ❤️

Meal have remained the same apart from going to actual rice lol also have started carrying a backpack with around 5kg (drink and whatever other shit the kids feel they need) in it while on the walks.

Currently sitting at 54kg and can not thank @Sydney City supplements enough 🥰

3 sets of 8 lunges with 5kg weight each hand.
Planked 3 times 30sec each one. Definitely sign my core needs a lot of work 😓

On other note 1 kids coming down with something at the school so on germ guarding 🤣 hopefully it doesn’t get passed on through the whole house!

you can do 10min am more yoga and planks
