Relationship between bench, board, and floor press? What are your numbers?

Just trying to see some of the comparason numbers of these 3lifts, so what are your numbers? Better yet, what are the percentage differences?

Give all the numbers/percentages of all the types of board that you use.

Raw Lifts

Floor press...200
2 Board...245
3 Board...265
4 Board...287
5 Board...I only do close grip, so I don't know.
Lock out...403

Here's the important thing: My raw, 1RM, full ROM Bench Press is about 200. Notice that my raw, 1RM, full ROM Bench Press is NO GREATER THAN MY WEAKEST LINK. :idea:

Hmm, I think my floor press is slightly higher than my bench. For some reason it is really hard for me to explode up from the buttom position, but if I brought the bar down it becomes a bit easier.

I haven't done board presses yet (I am still just getting into this powerlifting thing), but I was thinking that my floor press is my weakest one. Maybe I am wrong ...

Not necessarily. Project has stronger shoulders and weaker tris...so his lockout is much lower than mine, but his low boards are higher. Depends on the person. Most of the time, I find that person's weakest partial is also their max bench...espeically if they're lacking speed.
 
I'll try board presses in another 2weeks and will find out for sure. I definetely need to work on my speed too.

Tried floor press once and hurt my elbow.. haven't done it again
