Vanity sizing.....Banana Republic and Gap are definitely culprits of this where their sizing is way bigger than should be. I have a bunch of size 0s that are falling off me right now from these stores And now Banana Republic has size 00 on its racks. Can't wait till they start negative sizing soon

Mood = Calm, and kinda irritated
Soreness = upper back a little bit
Weight = 156.8 (feel bloated some actually thought this was gonna be higher off the way I felt, steak last night)

Food = same

Does my ticker move?!?!? Seems like it's moving slow, lol.. Just seems like it anyway... Not that I'm craving anything or want to get clean eating over with... Almost think this is a life change this time around. Feels VERY much dueable on a regular basis.
Except when I switch it up again in 2 weeks... well to another clean eating program.

U want PR's I'll give ya PR's Hear this one....

4th set leg press full ROM, 8 reps, 705lbs.... Old PR 630 4th set 6 reps
Next week it's just going to go higher

So I'm setting my new leg press goal of 800 this year.

I could feel muscle fibers getting tore up, and I am already having fun walking so I know I have a rough 3 days ahead of me with DOMS.
First time I had the dizzy feeling come over me, and the hurling sensation rising up, and I was starving by the end of the work-out.

Even had a guy come up to me and said he was trying to count my plates but kept losing track and asked how much I did, and then was shocked and said, "Man I don't see hardly any guys do half of what you just did!"

So it was a good leg day, food just felt on, feeling was good, pumps were going. Only three things changed, more sleep, a new pair of Nike's, and a red steak for dinner last night.

Birthday dinner was fun!!! Even went birthday shopping and bought 2 new pairs of Nike's, a gym outfit, a gym shirt, gym socks, and a bottle of perfume : Issey Miyake for women.

So it was good Yes, I am bragging because it's my log and dangit I'm excited and proud of myself,
