GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE!!!!!
I really NEED to start tracking again... I have taken the past 2-3 weeks to let my body do what it wanted, eat, train etc.. I just listened... I also have went out a few times, and even had a few cocktails... and a salad at Fridays.
I keep this log to let you guys/gals experience what I am going through so Ill recap a little bit.
My cals have easily been over 2000 on several occasions... I swear I ate 2000 cals in PB yesterday... I have not been fitdaying much at all, just keeping all my food choices clean...
With that said, my bf is still 8.9%
My scale weight is back up, as is my LBM, coming in just below where i was the test day before the June comp.
I am so happy, and a little surprised, but it is news that I NEEDED to hear right about now. Makes me focus on this comp a heck of alot more.
The comp was planned for a few reasons, one being I would be able to close 2 deals out there for work, thus being able to write off the gas and/or flight expense. Well yesterday one account bailed on me, and I am pretty sure I am being dicked around by the other account.
This will leave me will basically zero vacation days the rest of the year and that I do not like one bit. Not sure what Im going to do, but I will go through with the comp and deal with work when I get back.
