LOL @ I'm crabby. I hear ya tho - the last weeks of prep are annoying as shit cuz you're almost there but not quite - its such a game of patience. My best advice is just to not overthink things. You've done the work, now you're almost down to just the moment to moment short term manipulations to see what topical changes you can pull out and time for show day. Pay attention to the macro details - your smile, your focus, your ENJOYMENT of the experience, your stage presence - make the audience feel like they are damn happy they paid money to see you - get all your stuff in order, give yourself a little time each day to just mellow out. Dont' sweat the small stuff because on stage its the judging stuff that is important.

Thank you Badge. I feel good Im glad it shows through in my pics, makes all the difference in the world. It's been a long time since Ive been in 'happy' Id like to remain here for a while.

Her butt and legs look friggen awesome. wow. I know she was worried about losing mass, but she actually gained 9 lbs of muscle.

I've been showing everyone who comes over her pictures. :D lolol She is BLESSED with some hawt genetics. All that hard work and dedication has paid off.

yes, you can totally, see, hear, feel that.

it's one thing to go full circle physically and understand your body but to do it mentally and emotionally as well is very admirable.

She just sent me pics of her first coat of pro-tan.....I cant upload them - but she looks great.

Holding a bit of water from:

1 - travel
2 - tan bed


.....its why I ALWAYS recommend no tanning/shaving closer than 2 days out

2 more coats of protan and she will be good.

It will come down to the judge's preference for lean muscle.

Do they go for the athletic look ala Bunny or the drawn blond??


I think Bunny wins this hands down in terms of what the judging standards are supposed to be this year.
