The fact this it is all natural amazes me.. Im still trying to get use-ta-it ... it is new and def a change.

youll see me all soft soon enough... I need to blur out my face for now, waiting on help with that, Ill post the befores with face compared to my show pics in May. Those going to the Arnold will see me nice & plump there :D

Thanks Jens!! Thats why I wanted to straighten it to see how long it is without this curl, but I scurred... :) I feel like day 1 ALL over again, you remember those days... :worried:

Lookin good, IMO. You can still see the base muscle, good shape. For me it would take a lifetime to get in contest condition. I'm sure, for you, it won't be that difficult.

Buns don’t be to hard on yourself there is a lot going on in your life sometimes you can’t always give 110% you give what you can make it an honest effort and let things fall as they may.

I second superqt--and I am sure that I am not the only one thinking " I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT SHE MEANS". You know my story, B. Trying to get back to that "ideal"..sigh.."the way I was".. seems like it is a common battle...You need to look back at how fabulous you were and recognize that that person was all a creation of you- your hard work and drive alone..You did that.And if you were at that point once, you can be there again. Let that inspire you instead of getting you down..This is just a down"day" or thought. We all have them. Day by day and pretty soon all those days add up and you are where you want to be. If anyone can do it,you can. Not to be corny or stupid or whatever, but after reading and talking to you (email), you have personally become my inspiration and you know that. So use it and all your positive support. I only wish,being in CT, that I could see you in your show. Please post pics.I am somewhat new to the whole board and how to find your posted pics and where kind of confuses me now..sure I will get it. I am looking in on you and rooting for you always!!! Great pics, I think you're doing excellent. Stay positive and stay focused. Try and remember the things that got you this far and find new sources of inspiration. You're good at that stuff:)

Food looks good! I find if I stare at myself and look for all the flaws it's so much easier. It's always easier to point our your faults then it is the positive's. I stay clear of the mirror at this point just because I know it will mess with my head. I think once you get the next set of pictures up and see improvements you'll start coming around mentally that you are making progress. Well that's how it works for me anyway...

Water, slow but I have class and cant leave to pee every 20 minutes, so 1.25 - 1.5 should be doable (as I go refill my bottle, 3 L down, 6 to go)

I didnt realize it snowed again last night so I started my car (auto start RULEZ) to warm it up.. I checked 20 min later to see if it was still started and my neighbor was cleaning it off for me!! I was like, heck ya, you are awesome.

I also looked in the mirror before work and felt pretty. I miss that feeling, I want it back more, need to work on that.

Also had the conversation I NEEDED to help me switch over to training mode.. just earlier today ... (you know who you are!) :rose: :D

Aside from that, my stomach is a bit upset, not sure what's up with that but it's not nerves or stress or anything like that... staying late at school to study for one of my tests with my 'study group' I just formed, then hopefully getting some sleep tonight ... 3-4 more inches ... going to do my best to get in am cardio. :D

Well I just spent the last hour and a half locked out of my house and car. Locked my keys in my car, running, as well as purse, cell phone, food, water lol ... SO, Im back in my house trying to warm up after that little adventure ... I did 100 lunges 50 forward/50 reverse and stretched a bit to stay warm .... went over my study notes in my head lol :)

SO off to work to hear how Im such a "dumb shit"... :rolleyes:

I dont post in here much, dont wanna step on any toes....and angry women scare me(turn me on too, but thats a different story...jk :) )

even 20 at a time is harsh, anything 1 leg at a time like that kills me as the sets take forever...I dont think I ever do 100 reps total in a leg workout, thank god I dont have to...

Lunges... well in the little foyer outside my condo, all I could to as I was waiting for my boi Fred (client) to come do a lock out on my car (only time I was ever truly thankful I had an IN from my job... funny how that works... ) ... the first 45 min I wasn't moving much, so I got up in case my @$$ get's any flatter ... :D
Good for my balance too I guess b/c I wobble :)

Dangggggggggggggg... one thing I dont have is great strength. And Im totally cool with that. I prefer DB, heavy BB across to the back no bueno ...

I am definitely the opposite, not so much balance in exercises like that, but crazy strength...but honestly I dont like going that heavy anymore, my body just isnt cool with it as much anymore...I am taking a different overall approach to training now

Very generically, it is an organelle found in the cells that processes proteins. :)

Golgi complex controls trafficking of different types of proteins. Golgi Complex is also to make certain the plasma membrane proteins reach their destination. So it actually breaks down certain proteins at certain points and releases them for use in either that particular cell membrane or they are released from the cell.

:lmao: That's the problem with reading something like Scientific American. You read it & months or years later you remember a word or 2, but all the reference is lost. If women have Golgi Complex, do men have Golgi Simple? Or is it Visa-verse.

I never say "good luck" cause I know you are going to ace the test! so I will say "relax and have fun with it". Before any test, or if I start to panic I just repeat to myself "You know what you know, you know what you know". Yeah I am a geek but it helps :heart:

good luck, its got to be tough balancing a tough diet with studying and taking exams, I know I cant think straight on certain diets

Hey thanks for asking, but honesty, it was pretty difficult. I cannot imagine studying any more than I do. I even study at work and my production is down Id say about 5 x more than before. Training starting (latest) next week... Im just not going to think about it.

Im not going to take ambien anymore. I feel it's messing with my memory after the recent lapses Ive been having. :rose:
