Hey Bunz, you are about the thousandth person who has said that about my friend having "Couch potential." He really is a great guy too. If only I had his age, face, height or ambition...hehe

It was a pleasure to meet all of you. It's always nice to hang in Europa and be in the middle of the crowd, but not having to deal with it.

Hey Bun, before I met you I knew you were a great person from the posts on here and your caring nature towards people on the board. Now that I met you, I was not disappointed to say the least. All of my friends loved you and your friends. I have found that in my life, I have met a lot of people, but I try and surround myself with good friends all the time. The group that you met I am really proud of as they are all genuine people....and you are included in that too. Consider yourself part of my family. If you ever need anything, I think you have my number or can contact me through Ulter...Don't hesitate. Besides, it would be fun to BS every once in a while.

Next year I might not be so fat, so you won't recognize me. You will have to listen for my high squeaky voice to know it's me. I am finally going to be able to work out and diet for a change now that life has settled down a bit. I wish I could go to your show, but it's not in the cards this time.

It took me forever to put RED2 together to realize this is your log. I am not the smartest feller as you saw by my expression when I spilled my drink. You have to send me that picture. Next time when you are not dieting we have to live it up at a local drinking establishment.

Please tell your Chiropractor friend to hop online as she is pretty cool and I would like to keep in contact with her. You never know when my fat will pull to one side and I slip a disc...hehe

I want to find out how wet-tshirt??? Did when she reversed the order of her leg program. It really was great meeting you all. Next year, my friends and I are getting out there on Thursday and stay the whole time.

Again, it was great meeting everyone, but bunnybear is a step above (Because she is a lot taller than me).
 
I got some pics developed from the arnold, but not on a CD, so I may scan a few ( I would never post any pics of anyone else without letting those other people see the pics 1st in case anyone was wondering... 'cept Lou & Monica, they are hard to get ahold of lol ) ...

had a few requests for updated pics of me 'normal', so, excuse the blur but this is what I look like these days... CLOTHED lol

I speak of your amazing progress often, just did last night to a 'weight watcher' who is convinced she cannot eat over 1200 cals without getting fat ... she stalled after 75 lbs... etc... starving herself right now if you ask me, followed by binges Im sure... ANYWAY ... You are getting really skinny, youre going to wither down to nothing... eat up and watch all that cardio :rose:

You look great, hope you are feeling better :heart:

I saw the amateurs all day on Friday and went to the expo (where I proceeded to binge on 150 protein bite samples and had to physically remove myself from the area! Friggin' fake sugar is addictive!), but got stuck in friend's house for most of the weekend. Couldn't get easy access to totally clean eats and was pissy....next time, I'll stay in a hotel closer to the venue so I hang with all my peeps!

Bunny Update:

Im feeling pretty good today! Sun is out, I swore it said 68 in my car but that's doesn't mean ish... lol WeatherChan.comdizzle says 56 ish ! Ill take it. I may walk back to the gym later for PM session, IF I get my condo clean by that time... Im going through the precomp nesting phase LOLOLOL, just, I just made that up in my head!

Got to check out an old man, 85 or 86 yr old cadaver Friday at class, after reviewing the skeleton stuff for my test... been about 7 yrs I think since Ive seen one so I didn't miss the smell but adjusted pretty quick.

I am so glad I went back on friday, I would have NOT been prepared... lol The cadav was flipped on his belly and as much as I totally respect these people who donate his.her body, it may help me with hunger issue after class in the evening... i.e. muscle tissue looked a bit much like roast beef or dry chicken ... SO

That's about it ... Walking around in heel-cleaning day jammin' to the IPOD, in what would mimic my comp suit... it's fun, I feel great.

Today is a great day.

Going, umm, well I'm not sure. Finished painting, sanding drywall joints, taking down drywall, & shovelling snow off my roof. Good workout, I suppose, LOL.

* cramming for test round two, cont. from Monday's lab test ... identified bones, had to know shape, right & left, processes, cavity, etc... I spelled humerus wrong... 1st humorous, then I changed it to humerous :splat: I spent too much time learning the 'hard' terms... Ha! Gotta Love it... SO studying all week for that, couldn't get inu the additional 3 chapters of reading I just skimmed and hoping for the best. I'll Pass Im sure. :) Test on Chapter 5,6,7,8 and 9 but he didnt even go over 9 lol... :D AHhhh, Im hyper ... lol
* Going to get BF tomorrow am to make sure it is still dropping... flo Jo still around, should be leaving soon, shouldn't impact things too much... expecting good things good things
* Go to old gym at night a few times a week to practice in my shoes :) Working on making smooth transitions and walking since we have to do a T walk which is not really NPC style , but in lieu of holding poses...that's to come very soon :)

(for my inspiration) 5-10 pounds left to go...see how you have been one of the factors spurring me on? I feel awesome!!!! LOL yep Humerous!!! I see a few papers pass through with mis-spellings.. o.k. a lot... but I'm kinda lenient if I know what they meant. But.... have had a quite a few that made me laugh!!

Glad to see you are getting your studying, and training, and posing in sweetie!!! GREAT JOB ;)

Thank you!!! I cannot believe (well, yes I can, but I was a little shocked at 1st) how well I did... b/w the test Monday & Wed I think I averaged a 96% ... we stay after instead of bolting b/c he goes over the test so we leaving knowing our grade. :D I was really in a tough place trying to study Tuesday ... just one day to review everything yes... lol I had a panic attack, thought about eating lots of choc., getting wine, ordering chinese, lol, finding a way to get excused from class, then it's passed and I calmed down... ate a LARGE chicken spinach salad with walnuts and extra dressing instead. :D

WELL, the bf didn't go AS well but I am not going to sweat it. I look different and lost about .5 - 1 inch everywhere, except my waist, that went down 2 inches... and well my calves, those are still 16 ...

and the scale, I finally broke back into the 160's... and I feel great.. just tired sometimes.

My diet is sporadic and I eat what I can... I think I have been zigzagging cals again after looking at previous fitdays, which I cant reference now b/c of some error today...
It's been kinda like this (I went shopping last night so I adjusted things a bit):
M1 - PWO Cardio Shake
M2 - Protein + Fat
M3 - Protein + Fat
M4 - Protein + Fat
M5 - Chicken, sometimes oats
M6 - Protein and/or just Fat like walnuts

LACKING VEGGIES BUT I just cooked up plenty last night...so today will be
M1 - PWO Cardio Shake
M2 - Apple + ANPB
M3 - Chicken Spinach Salad w/ berries from Shadow Project (not the crackers or anything though)
M4 - Chicken + 2 cups Green Beans
M5 - Maybe another shake if I do PM workout
M6 - Chicken, Broc, small Tato
M7 - Pro/Fat like PB If Im hungry
about 17-1800 cals, 45P, 35C, 25F (just came out that way, not planned)

So we shall see...
 
Great Job on the test, and even if the BF was not what you expected losing .5 to and 1 inch everywhere is AWESOME!!!

I like todays menu but I feel you need a little more protein on meal 2 or before at least. May I suggest before morning cardio mixing one scoop of whey in water to help perserve muscle. Unless pwo cardio shake is pre and not post, lol :p Either way, you keep it up Bunny, I want to see you up on stage one day kicking ass and taking names!! :)

Thank you for the advice c3. I appreciate any feedback . :) Also thank you for the support!

I train at 5 am so its very hard for me to drink/eat anything before then without wanting to yak during cardio :) Nice visual eh? I've been trying out the AM cardio on empty again to peel this fat off, 8 weeks to go.

I hear you on M2 ... i do usually have some chicken with it.., OR push that to M3 or M4 .. Im trying NOT to be sick of chicken but I really am not into anything else other than a fat juicy steak ... :)

Ahhh I slept in a little, need to get going to the zoo for a.m. cardio... Im sure it's packed... argh...:D Have a great day today everyone.

OK, today is tso's day so please go show her some love... then come and check out my pics.

I tried to be as accurate as I could seeing there was a week or so I didnt get to snap some pics so I used my best judgment.

Also, my BF% went UP from last week as you will see by the stats next to the pics ... what I know:
*scale down
*pics show improvement
*upper leaning out 1st

Wow what a change in 3 weeks! The back muscles are really starting to show too.

The pics on the tub: statuesque is the word that comes to mind.

I also liked all the red hair in the fully clothed pic. :garza: Red heads rule!

Thank you QTipdizzle, ,... lol I didnt wanna fall but I tried to get a view of my leg in there, looks like Im standing odd in the right one, there was a reason hahah.. For the record the week One pics were used since I did NOT take a pic the following week after I 'started'... i actually posted some starting fatty pics, then fell off the wagon the following week and went up to about 177-178, so IMO I am being generous, yet as honest as I can be...

97% of what I have been doing thus far is just diet and cardio ... I would say 99 but thre was a few days I did walking lunges and random upper body stuff...
 
LMAO, I just noticed the tub thing. I was amazed for a moment! I thought "my god this girl is nearly as tall as I am!" LOL I just woke up so my eyes were a lil fuzzy, lol.

Hey now, I knew this girl that was 6'2 but she also took so much winny that she looked like a man, sounded like one too! Scared me a few times!! LOL

Still 5'9 is tall, which is a good thing :) That explains the flow to your body that I explained earlier.

Are you wearing heels too? LOL @ standing like that on the tub. Talk about multitasking!

I am very excited and happy with my progress. I haven't been this happy in a very long time.. I like looking in the mirror and loving what I see, not just LIKING , loving... just being honest, apologies if it comes off negative. I am very content right now with life :) . I can always be the girl on the stage with the @$$ out bent over thing going on :) Whatever works... :)

Way more arm deff / shoulder cap / etc. And while blurry, the full body pics make it look like the wheels will not dissapoint.

Daily mini Update:

I have attempted to try the trex again last few days and it's been good so far. I just took one right now, have a banana on hand b/c I dont have any real 'carbs', fiber, potas, in my as of yet. The right side of my back started aching again for the last few days SO, I started taking my Cranberry again lest it be kidney related... cannot pin point it yet .... a few x a week Ill try to use YES on the lower bod & abs... I have been finally able to DRINK a regular protein + water shake (over ice) ... ON whey & ON Casein I use, the choc. and it works for me so far *knock on wood* ...

last night 2 scoops of the casein, water ice, blend and I swear it was a light whipped fluffy treat or something, and VERY filling I didnt need the ANPB... subsequently cals were a bit low.. eek, oh well, at this point that is not a horrible thing.

Ill be out of town for work TH & F, hoping to make some healthy choices and find a gym... :)

Hey MUNECA, it's actually more like three weeks... after I posted my first set of 'fatty befores' the following week I feel off the wagon and scale jumped to back to 178... I do feel I am giving myself enough credit saying that is three week progress.. I didnt take pics the week i fell off the wagon...

Thank you very much.. I am busting my butt the best I can right now to be satisfied with my efforts come May 12th...
