Only RTD I have picked up & liked so far are the Myoplex Choc Fudge RTD ... and I have to have them COLD, VERY cold so after I freeze them for like 20 it kinda gets like thicker pudding. That's how I use Muskle Milk. I was using it as a midmorning meal replacement, but it was sending my sugar up. I also tried mixing it in with cereal in the AM for added protein. Anatony & Physiology with cadaver lab & a health science course, I had to drop the bio for now (did this a while back so I wasn't penalized).
