You're telling me! Well Ive tried for the last few days to not log my foods et all and I feel my diet has failed miserably...not enough food, too much of one kinda, water intake too low, etc. It's hard with work and school, training soon added to it?? lol Wow is all I have to say... I am running late as is but I feel I needed to get this in.

lol ... just cardio for me, dang my a & p book got lots of attention and is VERY heavy.. too thick to use the plastic reading thing-a-ma-bob ... balancing act. My brain is toast, Im not even 1/4 way through ... hold me lol :splat:

honestly, I'd probably say yes for now... it's a challenge every day ...
going to do some cardio right now so I can get more reading in, can't sit & concentrate here.

Been reading about so much chemistry my brain is fried... you can relate Im sure...

You CAN get it done, Bunz, even when the heavy training needs to be thrown in. I work a full time + job and train an additional 15 hours a week and still manage to cook good meals and find peace and quiet sometimes. The key to fitting it all in to just add one thing at a time... right now, focus on adjusting to study-time and cardio... and as soon as you have that mastered (and you will) you'll suddenly find the balance to get the training in there too.

I have faith in you, no questions asked. You've already proven yourself to all of us, so we're just gravy now in your life. :heart:

Just curious. Why so little food, first thing in the morning? Isn't it better, energy wise, to have more in the morning & less in the evening?

I really feel for you about the job. I love my work, but my wife hates hers. I can see how much it takes out of her. :rose: Thinking about you, often.

It all depends on the person HiDn... I am trying to redefine my base diet so I can go from there with comp prep.

To be more specific that shake has like 320 cals, I only drank half of it b/c it was left over from last night and I didnt want it to go to waste.

Generally that would be an a.m. pwo shake so it's fine in the am, esp post w/o. I didnt have enough time to cook eggs & oats.

A little fact about me, my first project thread working with Shadow following his project, my last meal was the largest of the day... I had my PWO shake right after P.M. training (730-8 ish?), then my final meal (no sooner than an hour later ) ... just turned out that way that my last meal was the largest and I still had great results.

As far as lack of energy during the day, I would adjust my food to fix that if it became a problem.

For the normal person cutting I would probably add more cals in the early hours if hunger was an issue sure.

You can blow it out / straighten it / use a relaxer (hell I dunno -I can't get my hair to do anything so I'm just saying what I've seen Nick do on What Not To Wear). You can also do some temporary hi / low lights -- I guess depends on how permanent you want it.

I went dark for my show - you didn't really see it much - but I've always had whit-ish blonde hair & I went chocolate brown w/ blonde highlights. It was fun initially but it really washed me out I thought. Just didnt' go w/ my coloring. I still prefer my blonde.

Isn't there a website somewhere where you can take your mug and put different hairstyles on it to see what you would look like? Or another idea is to go to those hair extension shops or wig shops to see what different styles and colours would look like.

I think long straight dark red hair!!! Can you straighten it without harsh chemicals so you can keep the curl? I have naturally curly hair and put straightening moouse in before hand, straighten it with a blow dryer and use a oil spray for the frizz.

D's(wifey) hair isn't extremely curly, but she uses flat iron(?). Works for her.
 
how long you gonna let your hair grow? some girls don'look good with short hair...they don;t have the face for it...you pull it off nicely :)

O.k. my opinion... LOL
I just saw you and your hair is way curly to go straight. I think straightening it and then standing up on stage, sweating, or what not, your hair may start to frizz and wave. You can always try it out and see how your hair will react to sweating by doing it and wearing it to the gym or running on the tread anything to get your sweat going. The only thing that would be missing would be the lights.
I like you with your hair up. I think it looks simple but elegant and gives you a more 'model' appearance. I liked it the day you wore it to the gym with a few pieces down and the back was all curly.
The color depends on what spectrum you want to turn too. I think my shade of red last year kinda blended in with the tan. I wasn't exactly over joyed with it. So if you want red I would go low lights twice before the show. You could go blonde.... but I think if you go blonde you will need to color your hair all over like your root color and then get blonde thin low/high lights placed through it. I think the blonde shade naturally will wash you out. The red gives you some more color and warms you up. The blonde on stage may be better because it will be against tan skin and then you have the rest of the body.. you'll look like a blonde playboy model ;)
So it depends on if you are going for a moment change... or if you want to change it to be more suitable for every day wear and suited on stage.

Anddd.. I agree no scissors!!!

Diet - So the ambienCR seriously made me ravenous so I ate some Triscuits & drank crystal Light last night... thankfuilly it wasn't horrible & prolly ended up at 12 x bw last night ... adjusted meals today to eat every 2.5 hours to see if that helps a bit ... 10 to 11 x bodyweight range = ~1700-1900 cals 40/30/30
Mood - You know how you feel when you resolve something that has been eating at you for months?? Well, THAT is how I feel right now, yee friggin haw ...

Soreness – My migraines have come back again... been lingering, etc. I am going to get my eyes checked out again, maybe this weekend, I have to see if my mom can come with me since Im broke, how sad... :rolleyes:

On the migranes, how often....linger is not a good word for these IMO. Wifey gets them monthly, but they are around her period and last about 2 days so she has a handle on them.

On the hair I gotta go w/ Sarge... for one he is the man, and for two I feel he has an agenda !!!!!!

Daily Goal(s) – Cardio, Study, Work, Study, Class … Monday I overate trisuits post ambien but nothing $hitty, yesterday I made it thru clean 2 cals shy of 11 x bw limit, today my cals WILL be a little lower, but have 6 meals clean …
Diet - 10 to 11 x bodyweight range = ~1760-1936 cals 40/30/30
Mood - Need to STUDY!!! Im unprepared… ahhhhhhhhh

Soreness – Slept with Thermacare Heat wrap across the back of my neck … didn’t get hot enough IMO, may have to try heating pad again soon, those are very $$$

So, offer is on the table. You want a Bulldog, you get a bulldog. I don't have a stud yet, but a local Vet has 3 studs and we are meeting up in a week or so for Mollys annual visit.

This is happening this year, before summer I hope/think.

lol... thanks for the :heart: but to clear up something, I didn't say I gained so much weight I belonged on the biggest loser or anything ( which I LOVE to watch btw b/c I think they rawk, not bashing them...)

I am also not fishing for compliments, I don't need to ... I always appreciate all the kind words from all of you and appreciate them more than I can put into words... :) The support is what helped me do so well in 05, that plus 'I' was 110% dedicated... Im not right now, and that bothers me...

I am most definitely alot larger than I need to be right now regardless of how I got here... I do not like it and have not been able to fix myself to get back to where I need to be.

And that's all the soul sharing for today my friends...
