To add to my amazement about some things, lol, I guess my waist could get smaller than a 27... I even took a pic to make sure I wasn't seeing things...


and I totally lost 30 lbs since Feb. ... scale weight SURE, but that is a pretty decent number I guess.

This one doesnt include LBM, that spreadsheet is at home and Sarge was kind enough to screen show this for me... thank you ;) .

I am really trying to let a lot of this sink in right now, I have so much going on I'm kind of in a state of awe with myself, awe for many reasons, not just what Ive done with the show or body & weight etc... with life... Im trying my best to get myself OUT of a pretty serious situation and I WILL get there. I need to stay focused and keep at it... only I can change my future.

Vitamin C – 1000 mg x 2
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day with carbs if needed
Oxycalm – 2 sprays each side PM <-- Keep forgetting this
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day
D-root – 2 caps 3 x a day… running this then weening off

Really? Well that is good for you. I hope you do it. Not sure if you are still as competitive as you used to be, but my only suggestion is do it for you first... makes it THAT much better when you better yourself and clear the competition out of your head.

Daily Notes : … I did a heck of a lot for me today as far as unpacking the suitcase from my show to laundry, to cleaning and rearranging my living room, I do that every 2 months or so when I need a fresh start to new ventures… we’ll see how this path leads… :) This are good as I am getting the sleep I need, a bit more than usual but hey, it’s healthy and my body needs it..
