What food would be the best to introduce back into the body after a 48hour water fast ? Just want to put good stuff back just want to ask for advice if anyone has any.
48 hours isn't long enough to really shut down digestion but what will happen is once you eat you will want to eat and eat and eat as your blood sugar spikes. so what you gotta do is ease into food so you don't blow the benefits.
now if you fast beyond 3-4 days then you def must be very careful what you put into your body because it will go the other side fast. so you def want to stick with things like papaya and melon
