Ill go against the grain and tell you that i think 30mgs of dbol ed would be a good first cycle. Or you could do 250mgs of enanthate. Since your just going for strength i wouldn't advocate going to overboard on the doses at first. You dont want to get big too fast not to mention you may pack on 30lbs being a first time user.

Low dose of test would be a good first cycle. If you train for strenght you may want to look into Dbol-I think you'd be impressed.
Maybe something like 300-400mg Test E for 10 weeks and 20-30mg of Dbol for first 4 weeks.
You already weigh 250lbs. If you have a good cycle you may gain another 20. That puts you up to 270lbs. Where do you plan to go from there??
2nd, How tall are you?
You may seriously want to trim down a bit first then do a good cycle. Plus it will help you in lifts because you will be able to pack on more quality mass.

23 is the bare minimum age in my opinion but i think he could probably gain another 8/10 in the next year natty
Dbol is good first, second, or any cycle. It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on. So I suggest you try it.
500/300 is a good low dose cycle to start. I would recommend 750/400 for a first cycle basically because you only get to have one first cycle and it's your opportunity to grow the most. Use AIFM throughout the cycle and PCT. Use HCG during the last week of your cycle. Use the test two weeks longer than the deca. Use Clomid for two weeks after you finish the HCG.
