Raw Egg Whites

How much protein is in the white. recently ive been drinking 6 of these badboys a day all in one, its about half or 3/4s of a pint.

i did it before with warm eggs and it was disgusting but if you have the eggs cold ie, kept in the fridge they taste pretty good.

How many you fellas would do this. i could down 2 dozen of these a day. eggs are cheap. theres a slight risk with salmonella( but not our irish eggs, cus ours is better :) ) but its worth it isnt it?

i read elswhere it was 6g. and something else saying raw eggs are undigestable but im skeptical as it was the same website that was trying to sell me an egg product. and we cant trust them capitalists...

wow 3 whole grams and you have to put up with that disgusting syrup blech. not my kind of food. a tablespoon of fat free jiff peanut butter has 3 times that much and tastes fabulous

but eggs are supposedly the number one protein since they have all the amino acids. and i quite like the taste. shit picking out eggshells though.

peanut butter isnt as good a protein source as most others.
fuck if it tasted like shit id still drink it. its the cheapest protein available and the best.

Whole eggs, yes. The quality of the protein in egg-whites is slightly lower than that of whole eggs.

If you enjoy eating raw egg-whites, then by all means, keep doing it. None of the protein will be lost from heating and only one in 30 000 eggs are contaminated with salmonella (0.00003%), so your chances of infection are very low. Just make sure you thouroughly smell and observe the egg before eating it, and don't eat the egg if the shell is already cracked!

Did I read this right??? FAT FREE Peanut Butter? Talking about Genetically enhanced peanuts...

Man, Fat Free Peanut Butter shouldn't be even called Peanut Butter... Peanuts are like 50% fat and about 70% calories from fat.

Peanut butter is TRANS FAT free, but not fat free...

Proteins are denatured by heat treatment, and the process is usually irreversible.
