Hypertrophy means maximum muscles mass not for strength

In Hypertrophy u hit muscles twice a week for progressive overload
And keeping the weight around 70 to 80% of your 1rep max

Deadlifts work on almost every body part doing them twice a week results in over training of muscles

Remember you grow out side the gym not in the gym.
You gotta makes sure. Doing Hypertrophy work out you train muscles twice a week so it's kinda hard to get enough rest to recover properly

Doing heavy deadlifts will surely result in over training.

My legs are my strongest part doing more on legs will make them grow bigger which I dnt really want right now.

I am working on my frame and cemetery it's kinda hard to explain but when u train to compete you will think different about training.

Bodybuilding it's not about how big you are it's about how much muscles do you got and muscle hardness

Please don't go around telling people that that's what hypertrophy means.

This is why studying on forums is not always the best way to go!

If you are reading this, I apologize for misreading the thread.

I rate the routine 5/10, in other words it is mediocre.

I also have qualifications. I'm not sure about how your country works but, in mine, people that can't spell and have bad grammar normally haven't completed a 5 year degree in the past, just an observation.

Enjoy your new forum :-)

If your not bAnned yet I did something like this.
3 day on 1 day off routine
Day 1
Chest and bi

Day 2
Shoulder traps legs

Day 3 back and tri's

Day 4 off

Rinse/repeat

I picked it up in a magazine a few years back and it was ok.

I just see it as over training. For the most part, it looks like you're hitting each muscle for 15 sets, give or take, twice a week. That's a fuck ton of training, even if you are on a boat load of gear.

Just curious, what are your thoughts on DC training. Similar concept, but with a lot less volume. My next cycle, I plan on doing something in between the 2.
