I have been taking about 2 grams of R-ALA on carb ups for about 10 months now. I have been bulking lately with a huge carb up every 5th day. Should I still take the R-ALA. It seems to make me a little sleepy but other than that it seems that my body has become immune to this stuff. Also, having a carb up day every 5th day makes me wonder how much "sugary" food I need, any comments on my issues.
