Thanks.. It just caught me off gaurd and he kept going with it after i stated i read around. I started this morning as far as tracking my diet, cardio,.etc and am writing it all down. Ill be back in a couple months. As far as 101, im not completely clueless, ive been in and out of the gym since i was 13 asking my dad to get me a membership being tired of being overweight. Im the heaviest ive been cause of partying and getting out of the gym. Im trying to get down to 210 with 8-9 % bf . Itll be awhile. Thanks guys. I was being sensitive leatherneck, i apologize.
