Hey guys this is my first post here on elite fitness. I have two questions for now. Im 275 5'11 and overweight. I have plenty of fat to "bulk". So SHOULD i bulk or cut first? Im stalky anyway wide shoulders and hips. I also would like to get on deca. I have joint pain from being overweight and was told it would help me push more weight while relieving joint pai. Ag the same time. True? Any other.info will be appreciaged. Thanks.
