When I am doing a power clean for reps do I have to rest the bar on the ground between each rep or can I hold it at waist level and do my next reps from that position. Which is better?
sorry to invade, but this is something i've been wondering about cleans. When you explode through your legs, are you supposed to do it through your toes or your heels?

When i'm doing mine i almost take a little hop and widen my stance slightly when i hit the floor again. Not like a big jump or anything.. just kinda scoot my feet outward right before/during my drop to catch the weight. Is this bad or wrong?
