What are some quick and easy options at dinner time which would be optimum for weight training and keeping the fat down.
Do you guys find it easier to prepare your food for the week in one big cook up? I just can never find the time and find myself eating a little on the naughty side due tot he fact im home late from work or i really just cant be bothered.. .. .feel guilty.
