Do you find that some body parts overtrain easier than others? For me, it seems like my pulling muscles and legs never overtrain, but my pushing muscles overtrain really easy. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.
Yep. My hips are like that. I do so much active recovery, that I'm almost never sore. My workouts never leave me sore. If I stop doing AR though, I feel it in my hip flexors almost immediately.
overtraining = underrecovering...two ways to skin that cat.
