Question question!

Ya ! ;) a couple WS questions here. first off, when you work your delts on bench day, they suggest things like lateral raises and DB cleans(which im not 100% sure how to do either), but would it be alright to use maybe a BB military press or DB military press?

Another question is that, on squat day you can do things like deadlifts, but then a day later on bench day when you need to hit your lats, they recommend rows, which will also hit you back, so wouldn't that lead to overtraining?

ok i think thats it for now ;) thanks!!!

I prefer to do shoulder work that's in the bench plane. Nothing I've ever done overhead has had much carry over to my bench. However, if I DO them, I do them on an incline, with db's, with a palms in grip.

Lateral raises are side lateral raises. I do these with arms at 90 degrees, and "pour the milk." Not sure how you do them.

Deadlifts aren't going to be full ROM, and should be rotated with GMs and squats of some kind. I have 48 hours between ME squat and ME bench, and it has never bothered me to deadlift one day, and then do lat work 2 days later. Feel it out for yourself. Also, working lats in the bench plane with isolated accessory work is different than pulling a 1RM in a parital/compound format. Try and see. If you are worried, add some active recovery on the day(s) between.

Couple problems that i ran into though where the fact that i'll probably need to do:
monday - ME squat
tuesday - ME bench
wendesday - plyos
thursday - DE squat
Friday - DE bench

i can re-arrange those, using those days if anyone could figure out a better setup.
And maybe im just confused, but can i do standing military press's on ME bench or DE bench days?

When I do deadlifts, are they ever to be full ROM? or just always off the rack, even when i do rotate them.

Ok, thats good for now ;) thanks!!!!
