Question about workout routines???

When you are lifting how to you seperate your days? What I mean is do you do your biceps,back,ect one day and then triceps,chest,shoulders,ect another day and quads,hamstrings,calves and inner and outter thighs another day?
 
It all depends on your goals, your lifting style, and how much time you have.

Personally, I like a push/pull split. Training 3x a week, EOD with cardio in between.

I have never split my "legs" into inner/outer, quads, hams, etc. If I train legs, I do all. But I never had to focus on bringing out a specific area of the leg. My legs respond well to little stimulation.

Mine right now is like this.....I work my triceps,shoulders,and chest.....next lifting day I do my back,biceps and work my abs,then I do my legs I don't break them up I work all of it. I do Cardio about 4 days a week right now.
 
My split looks like this, and mind you I just came up with this:

Shoulders/Biceps/Abs
Legs
Chest/Triceps/Abs
Back/Abs

So far, I've only completed the shoulders/biceps/abs. Oh and I attempt to cardio daily or at least 4x a week.

I do my abs all week but hit them hard a couple of times a week. I do this one b/c I have back issues and two to of course get my 6 pack. LOL
 
More power to ya hon, I hate working abs the most. I'm gonna be one of those sexy ass women with a fat gut. Hahahhahahahaha. I've come to terms with it, and I practice my sucking and tucking dilgently.

my workout split is like this

day 1 - Legs and calves
day 2 - Back and shoulders
day 3 - Chest, biceps and triceps

Usually I repeat this split in the week twice, I do abs and cardio on the days I don't do legs.

The sucking and tucking your working them a little right there. LOL I mix up my ab routine each day. I don't do the same routine 2 days in a row. I don't mind it but it does suck sometimes.

So you work your tri's and chest on the same day? I was told that I should work my shoulders when I do my chest and tri's,I'm not sure about if I should or not.
 
I do not like to lift shoulders with chest because my shoulders feel too weak after doing chest. I like to mix it up. Sometimes I do 1. back/bis, 2. chest/tris, 3. legs, 4. shoulders. Other times I do 1. chest, 2. bis/tris, 3. legs, 4. back/shoulders. I usually do a four day split.
