About the diet...I was thinking I would continue to carb cycle until the last week..so my carbs would stay the same as they have been. I've been upping my fats on the no carb days to make up for lost cals. I was planning on not doing that, and maybe upping the protein a bit? What do you think?
Adding in my two cents... Well although I am not dieting for competition or anything I am following a carb cycle that SAssy gave me and that is also what I do... on the days where I remove a carb from a meal I replace it with a fat that way my calories never dip too low And yes I also try to up the protein on those days especially if I have lifted... hope that helps.. sorry to interject I know I am still new to this all
