Thank you...

It is 11:40 right now...I don't want to call too late.

I'll be praying for you. I've just had two surgery's on my left knee since April 12th, and I hope everything goes ok for you. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

Ughh...this turns my stomch 10 different ways just thinking about a tear or rupture...

I'll bet money that you didn't really tear or rupture anything bro. You have no syptoms of those injuries. You said you have no real pain, which is a giant one, no swelling. I would get it checked out still, but rest easy b/c it more than likely not anything serious.

I got a reply from the IFSA-USA contracted physician today...

"Clint,

The hamstring tendons (there are three) come from low andbehind the thigh and
wrap around connecting to the tibia anteriolaterally (sort of side/ front).
The are at the knee joint line roughly. On the medial side there is a bursa
called pes ansurines which could become inflammed by heavy knee wraps. On the
lateral side there is certainly enough soft tissue that could be inflammed. At
any rate start icing 2 x/ day for twenty minutes, maybe take some Motrin and
make sure you have full range of motion. "

My stomach still turns just reading that...makes me not want to eat or do much...

What he described fits what I am experiencing completely. The bad thing is I will not be doing legs for a week or three...the good thing is that in another email he said that he did NOT have any reason to suspect a tear (due to lack of bruise/swelling). Being able to walk with only some stiffness was a good sign too.

I need to back off on squats and GM's for a few weeks and let my bicep tendons heal anyway...
