I am a none steroid user (at the min) but you can lose so much weight by doing all types of cardio. Hill sprints and swimming are my personel fav. You could easily lose 2-3lbs a week if you diet n train right. Your 19 so weight will drop off. I used to be a fat pig at 17 and i lost it all so easy by switching my cardio about and eating right. Hope you take everyones advice
