I dont have a leather strap apparatus at my gym like I saw the one used in Spatterson's post about face pulls a month ago. Well tonight I went ahead and tried something like what I saw in the pics, but with a normal tricep rope pull down. I felt an incredible burn/ache in my traps, but w/ that rope the movement is kinda awkward. Anyone use anything other then the leather strap to do face pulls? And this movement should hit mostly all rear delts and traps right? (cause that is totally where I felt it) Thanks for the help!
