question about biceps and lifting

surgical, i like your attitude. i try to do every workout like that, not many people can do this, you just have to want it real bad

bro everyone is different, one guy is saying he only does 2 exercises for biceps, but each time I have heard someone talking serious about building 20" arms and bigger, you have to work the arm from every angle and do crushing sets till failure, and personally I dont think 2 exercises is going to build mass, peak, cuts, shape, girth, hardness, and overall awesome arms! Bro weightlifting and body building is all about response, and once you find what lifts and style make your body respond and grow thats when you know your getting somewhere, a trainer cant figure it out for you, you have to figure it out yourself, it may take 2 years or 7 years, but when you have finally figured out what combinations and lifts you respond to then you can start to think about building quality size and shape.

well said ,karma your way.:)

I think my bis are the best looking thing I have but def. one of my weaker points. Preacher 110lbsx8 drop down 10lbs each set 6 sets Standing dumbell curls three sets then concentration curls for three sets lol by the time I get to my concentrations I am only starting at 25lbs. The concentrations are done on the preacher bench one arm at a time. Gave me some nice tall peaks. BTW all sets are done to failure.....this is what works for me

I do many sets straight bar increasing weight 20lbs each set until get to about 225 than drop weight and go down.
Thats my first set of exercises about 10 or 15 sets then I go to dumbbells..
I do many sets maybe 30 total in 45 Min's to an hrs time with little breaks and finish w/forearms and maybe some light curl machines until failure.

You curl 225??? Ok, buddy.

Yeah first you swing the weight down and back with the bar pushing your ass out behind you and bending your knees slightly. Then with everything you have you swing your whole body forward pushing your pelvis forward and throwing your back to the rear. Pulling up hard on the weight. Then repeat. LMAO I am only joking...
