Yes I'm a first timer other than normal OTC supps. 47yo, 5'9 3/4. 199lbs, train 4-5 days a week along with cardio, increased caloric intake (food) oatmeal, turkey bacon, turkey breast, turkey sausage, egg whites, fruits and veggies, brown rice, wwb, PBNJ, increased water intake, 2-3 protein shakes a day, boil eggs, BCAA, pre-wrkout, YK-11, testo-bolik 2. Pretty much have lifted or lived a sports active lifestyle my whole life. Other supps I've taken are HGHup. Just since the last 6 months I been fully committed to dieting and lifting. Still run a sub 4.55 40yd dash.
on another note since taking the YK-11 and Testo-bolik 2 I noticed a decline in libido and painful forearms when lifting,
