Putting on size first cycle

Would like to add size , nothing extreme just about 10-15lbs. considered running a first cycle but was told a cycle of testosterone would be all I needed to add size for starters. Any suggestions comments are appreciated.
 
Yes I'm a first timer other than normal OTC supps. 47yo, 5'9 3/4. 199lbs, train 4-5 days a week along with cardio, increased caloric intake (food) oatmeal, turkey bacon, turkey breast, turkey sausage, egg whites, fruits and veggies, brown rice, wwb, PBNJ, increased water intake, 2-3 protein shakes a day, boil eggs, BCAA, pre-wrkout, YK-11, testo-bolik 2. Pretty much have lifted or lived a sports active lifestyle my whole life. Other supps I've taken are HGHup. Just since the last 6 months I been fully committed to dieting and lifting. Still run a sub 4.55 40yd dash.

on another note since taking the YK-11 and Testo-bolik 2 I noticed a decline in libido and painful forearms when lifting,
 
My recommendation is:

500mg of Test E a week. 250 Monday and 250 on Thursday. Weeks 1-12

12.5mg of Aromason EOD Week 1-PCT

500iu of HCG a week. 250iu Sunday and 250iu Weds Week 1-14.5

PCT week 15-19

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

12.5mg of Aromason EOD Week 1-PCT

500iu of HCG a week. 250iu Sunday and 250iu Weds Week 1-14.5

PCT week 15-19

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

Should pretty much be everyone's 1st
