possible to get big shoulders with this exercise? I understand this is a full body exercise, but has anyone seen an increase in their shoulders by doing this?
yeap and triceps as well, but there is an element of injury in such an explosive exercise. Start with military presses to build up tendon and ligament strength first
cool. standing or sitting military presses? I remember there was question about sitting vs. standing military press a couple of months ago. although I can't press much, I don't want to be messing up my lower back.
very good exercise. think of it similar to suspended band presses for your shoulders and conditioning for your body. my seated shoulder press has gone up considerably now since i started those. i went on a period of doing push presses for about 5 weeks and went back to a stable seated press, very nice improvement.
