try doing a search on it....u may pull up some good info. read up and see if thats a good choice for her.... u may want to encourage her to come on the board herself .... we would luv to have her....:) just make sure she does all her homework about the different AS and see if and which ones will be right for her.

Well thanks for your answers .
First off all i am very proud of her.
She is training very hard ,3 times cardio, and 3 times workout a week . She also tried clenbuterol , but whithout
a big lost in fat . She is almost 40 years young , and her period ,
is a very hard time whith a lot of blod and pain . I think her estrogen is on a to high level , but what do i now?
The fat what she got left is also on the hips , abs and ass .
But other ways she is really muschcular . And a big bone structure.
And thats why I thought proviron maybe was a choiche .

Sorry about the spelling , ist terrible.

You didn't say what she's done as far as talking w/ her doc -- but if estrogen levels are the issue, then she should start with a thorough check up w/ her gynocologist before you start trying to "self-prescribe". Many women go on birth control to deal w/ painful, heavy periods.

Also you didnt' mention anything about her diet. Most women have problems with estrogen-related higher fat deposits (hips, ass, stomach) - that's what estrogen does -- pack on the padding for better protection for child bearing. Even on a tight diet & good training, those areas will usually be the last to lean out because there are more fat cells there - since you can't "spot reduce", fat will be reducing proportionally over the whole body but will appear to not be making as much progres in those areas where there are more fat cells as where there are fewer (usually upper body).

It sounds like she should address her gynocological status first just to deal w/ the pain & bleeding and perhaps have an estrogen / progesterone pill prescribed to help make it more comfortable. It would probably be worth while to even ask the gynocologist about proviron just to understand it better. This might also help regulate estrogen-related fat deposits. And while doign this, address her diet. If this is clean, then it be worth while to change it a little or even change up her training a little if her body is becoming "comfortable" with the current training.

why NY,,,,,what is so bad about provirns? cant it help with water reteniton caused by as?

i hope someone who knows the pharmacology of it will speak up but as far as i know its like a DHT based or derivative.....makes my nipples shrink big time and oly dht does that to me..and that type of drug is the worst for a woman nasty ANDRGOGENIC side effects.

Why any woman would throw a substance that's purely androgenic (and non anabolic) into her system is beyond me... there are plenty of other alternatives that will achieve the same results, without the same lousy risk/reward ratio.

;)

But hell, what do I know. Back to the training board.
