Stiffler

New member
I have been buying there protein for a long time but I have never used there creatine, has anybody used it before? please tell me what u think about it!:D

I'm not familiar with proteinfactory, but I'll give you my 2 cents anyway.

From the research I've done, creatine is creatine. And before anyone jumps down my throat about this, yes, of course there are exceptions.

I'm a believer in creatine and I've gone on and off it for a few years. I go for the cheapest stuff they've got so long as it's at least 99% pure. I think you're wasting your money for anything more like the "effervescent" stuff and the like.

One more thing Stiff, I didn't know Thailand had become a county. :p

Hey gymtime I am also a believer in cheap creatine except jow weiders crap I hate that stuff. proteinfactory.com 's creatine is realitivly cheap $39 for 1000gram... and I have know idea about thailand I just change it everytime im bored...
:D

Stiffler,
Like gymtime said creatine is creatine. Stick with Creapure or at least 99% pure creatine.

If it is price Mass Quantities Volumex creatine is 29.95 for 1000 grams.

There might be others alittle cheaper but its hard to beat under 30 bucks for a kilo of creatine. Later
