the biggest problem i have is eating real food i get stuffed to easy, so i m forced eating alot of bars and shakes. My ? basically is, is this alright i know its better to eat real solid food but if im eating alot of shakes and bars am i still gonna get good results on my cycle?

majority of my protien comes from shakes, bars, and tuna. i've had good gains with those. i just space them out during the day and night.

My boys and I like to eat tuna and rice. Rice is really easy with a rice cooker. But if you are really looking to bulk up and want alot of calories, shakes are a good way to go. It is hard for me to consume 3000 cal of food in a few hours, actually almost impossible without throwing up, but I can usually hold 3000-4000cal of thick liquid well if I space it out over like 3hrs.

you still

you still need "real" food make no mistake, the shakes ,bars and meal replacements are a convenient way to add to your diet, you could consider them an added meal heres my setup

morning breakfast (food) + flax
mid morning (food)
lunch 12:00 (food)
2pm shake +flax
4;30 shake or bar
600 food
800 shake
10:00 food
pre bed shake (casienate/rice/soy) / whey amino tabs

i like to get most of my diet from real food supps are great but in my book they don't come close to the real deal. but then again i don't get stuffed easy like you suggested. the reason my shakes are bunched mid day i am at work and they are fast and convenient for quick breaks.
if i wake up middle night i eat food

Like most of us here, we probably get most of our protein intake from powders and solid powders...i.e bars. It's more important to try to get your daily meals in...b/c there are more minerals and vitamins from the foods we eat..Plus whole foods are broken down slower thus your body is using more energy to break them down...which helps bf. loss...Only use the supplements if you must, don't be lazy other hand! prepare before hand!

..

actually whey powder is much easier to digest and higher in bcaas than all whole food sources. A good mix 50/50 is what I shoot for.

just remember they are just that...supplements,real food is by fargoing to be better, but you can still make gains by eating them.i have three meals a day and three shakes.they become a must when you want that high protein.they are just so convient.

i think like 1 or 2 a day is fine, real food is where it's at though. The protein shakes keep me stuffed and really they're only about 300-400 calories... good for maintaining. But for a mass cycle, 1 protein shake a day is good- eat a ton of food! Try it.. you might put on weight!

When i'm bulking and eat 4000-4500 calories i get 70-90% of my protein intake from supplements. I just cant eat tuna, ham etc. so much!
