Protein Shake?

Depending on your weight, some should only take in 2000 calories A DAY. That is accumlative of ALL meals. This just sounds excessive/ridiculous in my opinion...

The recommended 2,000 calories per day is for a relatively inactive average unisex person to maintain their weight. If you're a male trying to pack on muscle (bulking) then 5,000 calories a day isn't out of the question.

It's only done for a couple months and along with vigorous weight training. A lot of those calories are being burned in exercise. The rest add weigh which is what he's looking for.

Lets just clear this up for the OP - for me a basic bulker shake mix consists of the following genaral ingredients - powdered oats/ whey/ natural peatut butter/ cream/ eggs/ whole milk/ fruit

Hell - if you want 2500 cals just keep adding shit.

However, realistically - I cannot see the benefit of a 2500 cal shake. The most I would have is 1000 cals. you can always blend up a big batch, have a shake and then take the rest to school for later in a protein shaker.
