I was thinking of trying to make my own shake on a low budget without any designer protein base. I would like a shake that has a fair amount of carbs in it aswell (mainly complex) but i have no idea where to start.....could u giv me any ideas.....im a student and cant always afford a tub of designer protein...i was thinking of some low fat ice cream, peanut butter, flax seed oil, milk along with some other shit............any help would be much appreciated.
