Protein and Diarrhea

I need help!

When ever I try to increase my protein intake with a protein supplement I get the shits. It doesn't matter if I use whey, soy, or egg protein powder. Anybody have experience with this or how to increase my protein intake without getting the shits?
 
bro, i used to have that rpoblem with shakes. then i found out i was lactose intolerant. i use protien powder that is lactose free, msot whey powders are, and that is the solution. if you feel bloated and have serious diarrhea, then you possibly could be lactose intolerant.
 
Thanks for the reply, I think I am lactose intolorant but the problem is I get the shits even on lactose free soy or egg protein! How am I supposed to gain if I cant get enough protein?
 
I guess you are not taking the shakes with milk... there is no point buying lactose free sups if you take em with milk! ;) unless it's lactose free milk
 
I know where you're coming from. I just got over a bad case. What helped for me is making sure that I wait at least three hours before my next meal. You could be overloading.
 
Could be how much protein your taking at once.
Reduce the amount and try having the shake with
some solid food. Whey does great for me but I get the runs whenever I try to bump up how much I take.
 
you just need to put it into perspective.
shoot some pgf2 and you will see what real shits are.
