I have very weak arches. I first noticed this when i'd spend some time running. When squatting at higher weights, my arch flattens, my ankles supinate and in turn drive my knees inwards. While this hasn't led to any knee problems yet, I figure it cant be good in the long run. Any suggestions as to how to keep looking like a jack ass in the squat rack with my knees flailing around?
