What's up fellas. Here's my dilemma. When I got out of the Army I was a small 165. It's been a year now and I'm somewhere around 180. Last summer I think I was the strongest, biggest I ever have been. I understand that when you first start lifting, you're initial jump is going to be a lot. Here's the thing, I stopped lifting due to injury (rotator cuff). About a couple of months ago I was somewhere around 175. Now I'm about 183 or so. I've been eating like crazy and taking my shakes. I can honestly say that I haven't been eating junk food. I'm currently doing a sust cycle (my first). I'm on my 4th week, but I haven't really seen or felt anything. Not even that much of a strength gain. Nothing out of the norm. What can it be you think?

You should be really hungry week 4
and week 5 your strength should go up a lot

week 6-8 is where the gains begin
 
You know what I'm going to be honest. I was so focking ignorant when I started this...I was retarded. First I did only half of the amp. The beginning of the week and then at the end. Then I spoke to a few people on here and they told me at least 250 at one time lol. SO then I start taking 250 a week. That was week 1 & 2. week 3 and 4 up't it to 500. This stuff can't be fake because my balls feel funny if you know what I mean. I was just wondering when this crap was actually going to start working. I was under the impression that I was going to feel like a power house from this stuff thinking I can run through a wall and shat.
 
Could definitly be underdosed- Try to get some different test and see what happens- If the shit was weak, at least you have got some in your system as a base.
 
Never felt sus until week 5 or 6. If you put your sus in the freezer for a few minutes it should get cloudy if its real. Just what i read and my shit always gets cloudy.

Next time add dbol or another oral the first 4 weeks or so cause you feel that the first week. imo
