What's up fellas. Here's my dilemma. When I got out of the Army I was a small 165. It's been a year now and I'm somewhere around 180. Last summer I think I was the strongest, biggest I ever have been. I understand that when you first start lifting, you're initial jump is going to be a lot. Here's the thing, I stopped lifting due to injury (rotator cuff). About a couple of months ago I was somewhere around 175. Now I'm about 183 or so. I've been eating like crazy and taking my shakes. I can honestly say that I haven't been eating junk food. I'm currently doing a sust cycle (my first). I'm on my 4th week, but I haven't really seen or felt anything. Not even that much of a strength gain. Nothing out of the norm. What can it be you think?
