what about the liquid in it though....do you use milk? water?
i make mine with 1 cup of oats (blended to powder), 16 oz. of skim milk, 1 banana, 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder....blend all together and it's fuckin' great! like i said though....if i am going to train in the morning i can't drink this because i'll hurl. that's why i'm wondering if maybe you use water instead of milk.
