pregame meal

what about the liquid in it though....do you use milk? water?

i make mine with 1 cup of oats (blended to powder), 16 oz. of skim milk, 1 banana, 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder....blend all together and it's fuckin' great! like i said though....if i am going to train in the morning i can't drink this because i'll hurl. that's why i'm wondering if maybe you use water instead of milk.
 
cool man thanks....i'll have to try that out. i have been scared to try it with water because i didn't want to waste the rest of the ingredients. i'll give it a shot :Chef:
