Preacher Curls

Dude, was this statement even necessary? Isn't this board about training? I thought you were supposed to be sharing advice instead of insulting people. Chill out, this is a board where everyone is supposed to give advice and help eachother.

Louden, yeah, it's just some friendly bashing between them. Been going on as long as I can remember being here.:)

Forgive me Thaibox, I guess I overreacted. Apologies to everyone else, I had know idea they were buddies.;) Now, I look like a dumb**s.

And one more time, preacher curls are really good!! Does anyone else receive a little pain in the forearm when performing these? Anymore, I like to use a moderate weight with higher reps.

EZ Bar reverse curls on the preacher bench.

85 X 10 (3 sets) 85 includes two 35 lb plates & 15lb bar.

I work them in after barbell curls and they feel great. Especially for the forearms too. Works them pretty nicely.
