hey i decided i would have a pr day before i started my next cycle of westside. i started lifting on jan of this year i started at 169.5 weight 11%bf . i bulked to 192 13% bfin 2 months then i cut starting april 1st till last week. i got down to 175 at 8-9%. i took a week off and today i decided to see how much i have gained in 5 months. oh yeah i am 6 foot 2. well here are the results

i failed at 365 squat dumped over my head. bnech i failed at 195 got it 4 inches off my chest, i failed at deadlift on a big jump 455 got it about 4-5 inches off floor then my outside left hip starting hurting.
i am working on getting the video up right now i just gotta get it from the camera to the net.
is that good progress for my first 6 months in gym.
