I havent bought the book yet,

After the price conversion here in australia it would cost me an arm and two legs.

Im going to buy the book soon...........but in the meantime i wondered if anyone could give me a brief run down.

I am most interested in the BEAR program.........and maybe the PTP program.

Just a guide line of how many sets and reps and the frequency will be enough

Bump.
I've been thinking of buying this rather expensive book, and would also be interested in people's feedback.

I TOOK THE PLUNGE.

I bought the book through amazon yesterday.
I wont be getting the book for another 2weeks.......or how ever long it takes.

For those who dont know look at:

www.dragondoor.com for a run down.

If anyone wants info on the book........keep in touch.
email me or whatever in two weeks.

I will post about it.....give it a review or what ever.

I also purchased a couple of other weight lifting books.

I will also give a run down in a couple months as to how the program paid off for me.

the BEAR program ??

Is that the speed training drill where you hike around Glacier Park in the summer and kick Grizzly cubs and see if you can beat Momma Bear to the nearest tree?

booger your thinking of something else.

Im talking about the "smarter than the average BEAR program"

Involving swiping "picanic baskets".

For those who are unfamiliar with www.dragondoor.com, I can heartily recommend it and it's discussion board and products.

I have both Beyond Crunches (it's the best ab training I've come across. Period), Relax into Stretch and the Russian Kettlebell Challenge with the beginning KB at 16 KG.

For those who thinks that's too light, trying doing 100 one-armed snatches with it for each arm with no rest.

It's some of the best training I've ever encountered
