cobracock1979 Member May 15, 2009 #2 Depends on goals - on a cutter water, on a bulker milk would be Ok. I would say ideally PWO shake with water immediately PWO (maybe add in Waxy Maize/ bcaa/ glutamine), then solid foods 30 minutes later
