I’ve been trying a sort of home made sauna thing in place of a hot bath as dont have a bath. That with stretching and I’m definitely seeing an improvement in delayed onset muscle soreness. The heat for sure helps.
If you have injuries, you need to rest them and not try to train through them. Run a healing stack but take time off training the parts that are injured.
